Seldin Company Announces Promotion of Michele Nathaniels to Chief Operating Officer
Seldin Company has promoted Michele Nathaniels to Chief Operating Officer, most recently she held the position of EVP of Operations. Michele has been with Seldin Company for over 15 years, serving in many capacities throughout her tenure. She is a result and data driven leader, who holds great knowledge in the areas of property finance, contract management, and operations. She has extensive experience in all aspects of conventional and affordable housing, including compliance and fair housing.
This promotion allows Michele to engage at the company level with oversight of additional functions including business development, marketing, facilities, and compliance. Along with this promotion, we will be hiring a new EVP of Operations who will report directly to Michele and provide supervision to our property operations team.
